President & Lead Team
Dr. William D. Morrow is the eleventh president of Master’s College & Seminary and comes to this position with exceptional qualifications, including an extensive history with our constituency and a passion for mentoring and equipping the next generation.
For the past twelve years, Bill has served our fellowship as General Superintendent of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, giving oversight to the vision and direction of the International Office and its ministries, both in Canada and around the world. Prior to this, Bill was superintendent of the Western Ontario district for six years, where under his leadership the district charted new directions, focussing on church planting, pastoral relationships and enhanced communications.
Before assuming district and national responsibilities, Bill pastored in Montreal (Ville St. Laurent), Smiths Falls and Sarnia. He also spent five years as a teacher and the Dean of Students at Master's College and Seminary (then Eastern Pentecostal Bible College).
Bill came to faith at the age of 18. A burden for missions sent him to theological studies at Eastern Pentecostal Bible College, where he graduated with a diploma in theology. He is also a graduate of Concordia University (Montreal), St. Paul University (Ottawa) and United Theological Seminary (Dayton, Ohio), and has a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master's degree in counselling and a Doctor of Ministry with a focus in leadership. Prior to entering the ministry, Bill taught public school in Deep River, ON.
Bill is a popular speaker at leadership conferences and camps, and his preaching assignments have taken him across our nation and around the world. With his interest in counselling, Bill often conducts seminars on marriage and family relationships.
Bill and his wife Sheila have two grown children, Luke (married to Kari) and Melissa (married to Rohan). They have a grandson, Harrison, and a granddaughter, Mekaiya.

Prior
to coming to Master’s in June 1998, Rev.
Merv Anthony was involved in the education system in Newfoundland
for 15 years, primarily as a guidance counsellor. Merv has a ministerial
diploma from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College (1979), a B.A. and B.Ed
degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland (1983) and a M.Ed degree
from University of Ottawa (1988). He holds ministerial credentials with
the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. As Director of Student Services and Registrar, Merv particularly enjoys his interaction with the students.
Merv and his wife Flora, who also works at Master’s in the area of Admissions, have two adult children: Rahel, who is pastoring with her husband Dan, and Ryan, who is currently attending Master's.

Major (Ret) Nathan Flight joined the Master's team in March of 2012 as the Director of Leadership Services & Development. Nathan transitioned to MCS with a twenty year record of service in the Canadian Forces where he served in a variety of leadership and staff roles, both in Canada and on four overseas missions. He is a graduate of The Royal Military College of Canada (Ecomomics) and is presently completing his degree in Public Administration. His final CF appointment was that of Commanding Officer of Ontario's Army-based Military Police Regiment, headquartered in Toronto.
He currently resides with his family on the Canadian side of the Thousand Islands (Hill Island) bridge to New York State.
The mandate of his office is two-fold: to strengthen the financial position of MCS by executing a comprehensive donor strategy, and to aid MCS leadership and its Board of Governors in developing future avenues for growth, leadership and mentoring services, and alumni networking.

Linda
Gibson comes to the Academic Dean’s position at Master’s College & Seminary with extensive experience in a variety of educational contexts. Since 1999, Linda has been providing program and curriculum design, assessment, faculty development and teaching expertise to colleges, universities and public sector organizations throughout Canada and the US. Prior to that, she spent five years with the University of Guelph providing leadership in curriculum design and faculty development for the Office of Open Learning, including an initiative in Cameroon, Africa.
Linda has won awards for course design and has created and taught on-campus and DE courses for Master’s, Emmanuel Bible College, the University of Waterloo, and the University of Guelph. She has worked with Academic Success Centres and Teaching Support Services in a variety of college and university settings. Linda is also a learner coach for eLearn Campus (Vancouver, BC) and has a special interest in emerging learning technologies.
In 2002, Linda began working with Master’s where, most recently, she has been redesigning the new FIRST YEAR program.
Linda is a graduate of Eastern Pentecostal Bible College and holds credentials with the PAOC. She has a diploma in Broadcasting (Confederation College), a BA (University of Waterloo), an MSc in Adult/Extension Education (University of Guelph),
and has completed PhD courses in the Curriculum Design program at OISE (University of Toronto).
Linda and her husband Graham, who is a professor at Master’s, live in Peterborough, ON. Linda is committed to providing innovative theological education that engages and changes the intellect, the heart and the spirit of our students and strengthens our Fellowship.

Rich Janes, Director
of Recruiting/Communications & FIRST YEAR PROGRM, joined the Master’s team in 2009 to
work with us in
student
recruitment and in our new first year program. He is a creative,
passionate leader who is deeply committed to the emerging generation
and the potential of Master’s to influence their life and future
in and for God. Rich has a Bachelor of Theology Honours Degree
(Youth Major), and has been involved in youth ministry for more
than 17 years, having served at Liberty Pentecostal Church in Bowmanville,
ON (six years) and most recently at Woodvale in Ottawa (eleven
years) as Pastor of Student Ministries and Parent Networking. His
mentors and his ministry have provided him the ministry foundation
to serve MCS exceedingly well.
Rich states his ministry vision as this:
Serving people of all walks of life through the power of the Holy
Spirit with compassion and love so that they are drawn by the message
of Christ out of impossible situations and the injustices of their world
into a loving and friendly circle of hope and acceptance.
Rich is currently working on his MA at SouthEastern University
in Lakeland, FL.
Rich and his wife Kim are Ottawa natives and have four incredible children
and therefore a very busy home! They are all sports enthusiasts (Go Ottawa
Senators!) and enjoy spending time in the great outdoors!

Rev. Luciano Lombardi is presently serving as the Director of IT and Distance Education at Master’s College and Seminary. He has served us at Master’s for the past 10 years helping to shape the lives of our future ministry leaders. He also is a professor at the college teaching courses in New Testament and Theology. He regularly shares his insights from his classes as he teaches and preaches throughout our fellowship. From time to time, he serves as a transitional pastor, having walked 3 congregations through the process of transition as they searched for a new pastor. Luciano is also a Professional Coach and Coach Trainer supporting ministry leaders with coaching and coaching training to enhance their ministry skills and develop coaching environments within their churches and ministry teams.
He is married to his beautiful wife Jennifer. Along with their two daughters; they live in Mississauga and regularly attend Portico Community Church when he is not helping a congregation transition to new leadership.

Ken Pelissero, Director of Operations and Corporate Services, came to Master's in July of 2011.
Ken comes with over 34 years of experience comprised of 18 years of corporate leadership in both non-profit and for profit entities, and 15 years of public accountancy experience, including a position as senior partner.
Ken’s non-profit Christian ministry experience includes all financial aspects of a 10,000-member mega church with three locations as well as a cable television station, FM radio station, K–12 Christian school, and G-12 retail distribution operation.
Ken also provided direction, coordination, and administration of all financial aspects of an international Christian broadcasting and mass communications entity, including television, film, and internet media, as well as a humanitarian world relief and development organization. Ken holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is also a Chartered Accountant.

Director of Student Development:
Rev.
Sue James has been a part of the faculty at Master's
College andSeminary (formerly Eastern Pentecostal Bible College)
since 1982. She has filled several roles at the College. She
began as Advisor of Women, Dean of Women, Director of Residence
Life, and currently Director of Student Development. Working
with students outside the classroom has not only been her responsibility
but her passion. With her 29 years of service, she considers
it a wonderful privilege to be part of the MCS team.
Her area of responsibility at the College presently includes assisting with student housing, counseling and mentoring, providing various programs for the students including recreational activities, sports programs and special event as well as caring for the overall needs of the students outside the classroom. As faculty advisor to the Student Council, Sue works closely with the student leaders of the College helping to provide services to all the students on a regular basis.
Sue is an Ordained Minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. She graduated from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College with a Bachelor’s of Religious Education, and a graduate of Ontario Theological Seminary (Tyndale College and University) with a Master’s of Theological Studies. Before coming to Master’s, Sue was employed with the North West Territorial Government as a youth worker for 5 years and previous to that spent 1 1/2 years at Bethel Home for Girls (affiliated with the Pentecostal Benevolent Association) in Toronto as a youth worker.
She and her husband, Doug who is also on MCS faculty, reside in Peterborough with their 2 children, Rachel (19), and Rodney (18).

of Learning Resources:
Ms. Nancy Warwick is Director
of Learning Resources at Master’s College and Seminary. As a faculty member, sharing in curriculem integrated learning activities, she is responsible for library operations and learning resources designed to create a collaborative learning community and meet changing information needs.
Nancy has been at MCS since 2006; prior to this she was CEO of four public library systems in Ontario, including Norfolk County, Whitby, Cornwall and Fort Erie. She has also been Head of the Central Library in Nepean Ontario and a Reference Librarian in Markham Public Libraries
She has an Honours BA in English and Religion from McMaster University, plus a Master of Library Science from the University of Western Ontario.
Nancy has also lived and worked overseas in China, employed as a business consultant teaching a university level course in Canadian Culture, and preparing students for the IELTS English essay writing exams.
Passionate about books, reading, and the pursuit of learning, Nancy also enjoys quiet times with friends, especially prayer-focused times, and fun, creative writing opportunities. The joy of being at Master’s College, is the awareness that everyone on campus is part of the same wonderful caring family circle!

Director of Field Education & Pastoral Ministry Program Coordinator:

Owen Black is beginning his third year as the Director of Field Education and Coordinator of the (B.Th.) Pastoral Ministry program.
Over the last 35 years Owen has been a pastor in Peterborough, ON, Montreal, Quebec, Abbotsford, British Columbia and Mississauga, Ontario. He also worked as the Human Resources Director for the Overseas Missions Department (PAOC). He has been privileged to be a conference speaker, church consultant and adjunct course instructor for EPBC/Master’s. On a number of occasions he has taught in overseas Bible School settings.
Owen is married to Donna (Barrett), a professor of Tourism and Travel at Sheridan College in Oakville, ON. They have two children: Alicia, who teaches Middle School in Dakar, Senegal, and Joshua, a Youth Ministries major student at Master's College and Seminary and who also pastors (youth) at Erin Village Alliance Church.
Owen is passionate about mentoring men and women who are “ministers-in-formation” and is excited about the opportunity to equip them to fulfill God’s call on their lives.
When he is not involved in the above activities he likes to spend time on a cruise ship. dock, deck or (preferably) in a boat … somewhere where water is clearly in sight.

Rev.
Graham Gibson specializes
in Cross-Cultural (Missions) studies, with particular
interest in reaching every culture within a multicultural
Canada. A teacher at MCS since 1995, he teaches such
courses as Cross-Cultural Studies,
Canadian Culture & Evangelism, World Religions, Understanding Cultural Diversity (Cultural Anthropology) and Ethics.
His many years of fieldwork amongst aboriginal peoples in Canada’s north and time spent teaching World Religions at the University of Toronto during his doctoral studies have helped to shape his perceptions of the need for new strategies in evangelizing peoples overseas and in North America, while his involvement with local church Missions Committees and formerly as Vice-Chair of the Intercultural Committee of MCS have helped to keep him current. He is also a 4th generation Pentecostal minister who is passionate about the need for Spirit-giftedness in the current global context.

Bible College for over 25 years. He has taught
a wide variety of courses and he is currently teaching Pentateuch, Bible 101, Jesus and the Gospels, Hebrew History, Hebrew Prophets and the book of Hebrews. His wife Susan also works at Masters

Doug graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He worked for several years in the oil industry before sensing God’s call to full time ministry. He attended Eastern Pentecostal Bible College and then went on for his MTS and MDiv at the Ontario Theological Seminary. Before coming to the Bible College, he served as youth and assistant pastor at Richmond Hill Pentecostal Church, and at one point during his stay at the College he had the privilege of serving as interim pastor at a church in the area.

Assistant Academic Dean:
Dr.
Peter Neumann is the Assistant Academic Dean.
He has been an adjunct teacher with MCS since 1998, and became a teaching
faculty member in 2001, focusing in the area of systematic theology
and philosophy.
He holds a PhD in theology from the University of St. Michael’s College (Toronto School of Theology), focussing on Pentecostal theology and experience of God.
He is married to Sharon, and has two children; Nathanael and Mikayla. From 1992 - 2001 he served as the Assistant Pastor at Richmond Hill Pentecostal Church (just north of Toronto). From 2004-2006 he served as Pastor of Faith Development at The Bridge in Markham.
Peter enjoys golfing, playing and coaching softball, reading, digital photography, video editing and the Simpsons.

Youth Ministry Program Coordinator:
Rev.
Eldon Wright serves as director
of the Bth Youth Ministry program. Eldon has over 20 years of
experience in youth ministry and missions. He has been a youth
pastor in three regions of Canada in Prince Albert, SK, Langley,
BC and Portico (formerly Mississauga Gospel Temple) in Mississauga,
ON. While youth pastor at MGT, he designed an effective youth discipleship
program, which gained national exposure in the PAOC, and wrote
the “Join
the Revolution” curriculum
for the Canadian Youth Network project “2000 ACTS”.
Besides training youth workers who are committed to excellence in discipleship and "all-ages" ministry, Eldon has a passion for youth ministry in missions. In 2001, he founded Global 180, a youth charity organization which has worked in eastern Europe, China and a more recent initiative in Canada. He continues as its Executive Director while teaching and giving leadership to our youth ministry department. Eldon is married to Jacqui and they have two adult children and one teenager.
