Administrative Faculty
Dr. William D. Morrow is the eleventh president of Master’s College & Seminary and comes to this position with exceptional qualifications, including an extensive history with our constituency and a passion for mentoring and equipping the next generation.
For the past twelve years, Bill has served our fellowship as General Superintendent of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, giving oversight to the vision and direction of the International Office and its ministries, both in Canada and around the world. Prior to this, Bill was superintendent of the Western Ontario district for six years, where under his leadership the district charted new directions, focussing on church planting, pastoral relationships and enhanced communications.
Before assuming district and national responsibilities, Bill pastored in Montreal (Ville St. Laurent), Smith Falls and Sarnia. He also spent five years as a teacher and the Dean of Students at Master's College and Seminary (then Eastern Pentecostal Bible College).
Bill came to faith at the age of 18. A burden for missions sent him to theological studies at Eastern Pentecostal Bible College, where he graduated with a diploma in theology. He is also a graduate of Concordia University (Montreal), St. Paul University (Ottawa) and United Theological Seminary (Dayton, Ohio), and has a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master's degree in counselling and a Doctor of Ministry with a focus in leadership. Prior to entering the ministry, Bill taught public school in Deep River, ON.
Bill is a popular speaker at leadership conferences and camps, and his preaching assignments have taken him across our nation and around the world. With his interest in counselling, Bill often conducts seminars on marriage and family relationships.
Bill and his wife Sheila have two grown children, Luke (married to Kari) and Melissa (married to Rohan). They have a grandson, Harrison, and a new grandchild due in June.

Dr.
Van Johnson is Dean of Master's Pentecostal Seminary (formerly
Canadian Pentecostal Seminary), the graduate stream of Master’s
College & Seminary. Master’s Seminary, which is partnered
with Tyndale Seminary, was established in Toronto in 1996 as Canadian
Pentecostal Seminary. Dr. Johnson is the director of the MTS in Pentecostal
Studies--a joint-degree program of Tyndale and Master’s.
.He also serves as adjunct faculty in NT at Tyndale and at
Canadian Pentecostal
Seminary, which is associated with Trinity Western University,
Langley, B.C.
He has served on the faculty of
both Eastern Pentecostal Bible College and Western Pentecostal
Bible College. Along with his teaching and administrative duties,
he serves on the pastoral staff at Agincourt Pentecostal Church.
This pastoral role is part of the church-based model of Master's
Seminary. Rev. Johnson is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal
Assemblies of Canada.
He has written a commentary on “Romans” in the Full Life Bible
Commentary to the NT (Zondervan. 1999). His specialties are Pentecostal History,
Luke and Romans, Jewish Apocalyptic, and Pastoral Theology.

Dr.
Kenneth M. (Mick) Nelson assumed responsibilities as College
Dean of Masters College and Seminary in August of 2002. Prior
to taking on this role, Mick served
in pastoral ministry for 22 years as Assistant Youth Pastor to
Young
Adults in First Assembly Calgary, AB, Youth & CE Pastor at Woodvale
Pentecostal Church in Nepean, ON, Senior Pastor
at West Carlton Christian Assembly in
Ottawa, ON, and as Associate Pastor at Glad Tidings Church
in Victoria, BC. Mick has also been involved within the Pentecostal
Assemblies of Canada as Youth Rep and Christian Education Rep
in the Eastern Ontario/Quebec District and as Family Camp Director
and President
of Nanooose Bay Camp in BC.
Mick graduated from secondary school in Thompson, MB and completed
his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Manitoba. He received a Diploma in
Theology from Central Pentecostal College iand a Master of Divinity degree
from the Lutheran Theological Seminary. In the Spring of 2005, he graduated
from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with a Doctor of Ministry degree. While
pastoring in Victoria, Mick served as the Victoria Learning Centre Coordinator
for the Canadian Pentecostal Seminary and a term as Assistant to the Dean of
CPS.
Mick is currently teaching at MCS in the areas of Pastoral Ministry
and Biblical Studies. He is also currently serving as the
interim coordinator for the Pastoral Ministry program.
Mick is married to Christine and father to Sharon (20), Jonathan (18), and
Stephanie (15). His interests include Ocean Sailing, Serious Music, Great Coffee,
Stimulating Books, and Real Hockey. The Nelson's live in North Oshawa and currently
attend Brooklin Village Church.

Rev. Niran Kulathungam presently
serves as the Dean of Master’s Intercultural
Bible College. He comes with a rich experience in business,
pastoring and church planting. He holds a Certificate from Eastern Pentecostal
Bible College, a Bachelor of Science degree [Biology/Chemistry double
major] from Trent University and a Master of Theological Studies from
McMaster University. His area of expertise is New Testament Studies.

 Prior
to assuming the position of Registrar at Master’s in June 1998, Rev.
Merv Anthony was involved in the education system in Newfoundland
for 15 years, primarily as a guidance counsellor. Merv has a ministerial
diploma from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College (1979), a B.A. and B.Ed
degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland (1983) and a M.Ed degree
from University of Ottawa (1988). He holds ministerial credentials with
the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland.
Merv and his wife Flora, who also works at Master’s in the area
of Recruitment, have two adult children: Rahel, who is pastoring
with her husband Dan and Ryan, who is attending university. They
presently reside in Markham where they attend The Bridge.

Rev.
Luciano Lombardi is the associate college
dean of Master’s College and Seminary. He supervises the
Distance Education program offering courses for ministry
training online and in various sites across Eastern Canada.
Luc also gives leadership to the Student Mentoring program
where students connect with local churches and pastors as
they study at Master’s.
He teaches courses in the area of New Testament and Theology.
He and his wife Jennifer, and two children, Victoria and
Meagan live in Mississauga and attend Portico Community
Church (formerly known as MGT) in Mississauga. Luc is also a
certified life coach and does coaching through the Transformational
Leadership Coaching network based in Virginia Beach, Viriginia.
Luc’s
personal mission is to train passionate, effective, courageous leaders
that will advance the Kingdom of God in the world.

Rev.
Sue James has been a part of the faculty at Master's
College and Seminary (formerly Eastern Pentecostal Bible College)
since 1982. She has filled several roles at the College. She
began as Advisor of Women, Dean of Women, Director of Residence
Life, and currently Director of Student Development. Working
with students outside the classroom has not only been her responsibility
but her passion. With her 21 years of service, she considers
it a wonderful privilege to be part of the MCS team. Her area
of responsibility at the College presently includes assisting
with student housing, counseling and mentoring,
providing various programs for the students including recreational
activities, sports programs and special event as well as caring
for the overall needs of the students outside the classroom.
As faculty advisor to the Student Council, Sue works closely
with the student leaders of the College helping to provide services
to all the students on a regular basis.
Sue is an Ordained Minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of
Canada. She graduated from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College with
a Bachelor’s of Religious Education, and a graduate of Ontario
Theological Seminary (Tyndale College and University) with a Master’s
of Theological Studies. Before coming to Master’s, Sue was
employed with the North West Territorial Government as a youth
worker for 5 years and previous to that spent 1 1/2 years at Bethel
Home for Girls (affiliated with the Pentecostal Benevolent Association)
in Toronto as a youth worker.
She and her husband, Doug who is also on MCS faculty, reside in
Peterborough with their 2 children, Rachel (12), and Rodney (11).

Ms. Nancy Warwick is Director of
Learning Resources, Master’s College and Seminary, and serves
as a teaching faculty member for foundations of learning curriculum,
and coordinator of Academic Success Centre.
Nancy is currently teaching at MCS in areas of Library
Orientation, and in Research and Writing. She directs library operations and
planning and assists in Small Groups Ministries, and in the Mentoring
program. She participates in College Council and Undergraduate
Academic Affairs Committees, and Chairs MCS’S Library Committee. Literacy
Competencies enhancement, in an integrated college-wide learning
model, is a project currently under development.
Prior to joining the Administrative Faculty team
in August of 2006, Nancy was CEO of Norfolk County Public Library,
CEO of Whitby Public Library, CEO of Cornwall Public Library and CEO
OF Fort Erie Public Library. She
has been Reference Librarian at Markham Public Libraries and Head
of the Central Library in Nepean Ontario.
In addition to this public library experience, Nancy has worked overseas
in China as a Business Consultant, teaching Canadian Culture curriculum
to Chinese professionals in computer science and engineering, preparing
to immigrate to Canada.
Nancy’s learning interests include writing
poetry, creative writing and stimulating reading, collecting antiquarian
books, canoeing, nature hiking, and having fun cooking and experiencing
culturally diverse cuisines.
Volunteer positions such as Chair of a Community
Legal Services, Chair of two Literacy Councils, Member of Rotary Clubs
in numerous communities across Ontario, and Chair of Durham Regional
Information Network, illustrate Nancy’s involvement in local
community.
Fundraising, including leadership roles in public
library capital projects ranging from three million to eleven million,
and strategic vision planning are some of Nancy’s public library
leadership outcomes prior to coming to MCS.
