Graduation

Graduation Information

Students may graduate from Master’s College and Seminary either in April or October of each year. Since we do not have a convocation ceremony in October, students who graduate in October are eligible to attend the April Graduation Ceremony the following year. Generally, our graduation ceremony is held on the last Saturday in April. We invite you to attend our ceremony and stand-up reception at Agincourt Pentecostal Church, Toronto.

In order to graduate, students must submit a Graduation Application Form. Applications should be submitted prior to January 22, 2010 for the 2010 April graduation and September 28, 2009 for the October 2009 graduation. Application forms, along with the graduation fee, should be submitted in person, by mail, or by fax to the Registrar’s Office. After your Graduation Application has been processed, you will be notified by the Registrar’s Office as to whether you are eligible to graduate. All financial obligations must be met prior to a student being eligible to graduate.

Graduation Ceremony for 2009-2010

Date: Saturday, April 24, 2010
Time: 11:00 am
Location: Agincourt Pentecostal Church, 2885 Kennedy Road, Toronto (click here for map)

Graduates can pick up their graduation gowns at the College the week prior to the Convocation ceremony or at the church on the day of graduation.

Graduates will wear a black gown for the convocation ceremony. Diploma and Certificate students will also wear a sash or vee stole, while degrees students will be hooded during the convocation ceremony.

Within two weeks of the Convocation, degrees/diplomas/certificates will be mailed to graduates who do not attend the ceremony. Please submit a Change of Name/Address Form to the Registrar’s Office if you have recently moved.

Faculty, Board of Governors and other dignitaries who are attending the graduation should arrive at the church 40 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony so that they can pick up their gowns and prepare for the processional.

if you need any clarification or additional information regarding convocation or graduation, please contact Donna Haug in the Registrar’s Office:
