Student Council

The objective of the Students' Council is to serve as the executive organization of the student body. It acts as a liaison between the student body, faculty and administration; to interpret student opinion; to assist in the orientation week for new students; to recommend to the proper and academic welfare of the college or student body and to co-operate with the Student Development Department. A student must maintain 2.0 GPA throughout the year to serve on this Council.

The miscellaneous fees, paid by students at the beginning of the year, are used by Student Council for events and activities planned throughout the year.

President's welcome

Welcome to the official website of Master's College and Seminary. I hope you get a chance to check out all the amazing things we have planned for the coming year, as well as events from years past.  Whether you’d like to come on campus, are looking into Distance Education, or just checking out schools to get a feel for what’s out there, I hope this site proves to be both interesting and informative.

My name is Derek Osborne, your Student Council President for the 2008 – ‘09 school year. Below you will find our Student Council, along with their contact information. We’re here to help whether it’s about housing, school academics or Student Life here in Toronto. If you have any questions throughout the summer please don't hesitate to e-mail any of us. You could also call the school's office and they will be glad to help you as well.

Master's has an amazing staff and faculty, as well as a committed student council and student body to make sure that our school is successful and operates smoothly. We are dedicated to each student that they might grow in maturity, in their relationship with others and their relationship with God as they prepare for ministry in whichever field they feel lead.

The school has undergone some recent changes, the largest being our move from 3080 Yonge St. to 288 Cummer Ave. We believe our new location is a stepping stone in the right direction for the vision of our school. The new location offers more close-to-campus housing for students, as well as other on-campus amenities, such as a full size sanctuary, gymnasium, large kitchen facilities and ample parking. Because of our location in North Toronto, we are extremely blessed with an abundance of churches and community organizations that students are able to get involved in. Whatever your passions are, there's a ministry in the area for you!

Thank you once again for checking out our site, and I look forward to hearing from, and possibly seeing many of you in September.

Be Blessed,

Derek Osborne
