What are the “Fees”?
All schools have fees in addition to tuition. At MCS, student fees cover school-sponsored events and activities, student services, student accident insurance, and access to the Digital Theological Library. See the College Tuition & Fees schedule for full details.
Discounts
Credential Holders of PAOC, PAONL and their Dependents (10%)
10% discount on regular tuition for credential holders in active ministry of the PAOC or PAONL and their dependents. A photocopy of the credential must be submitted.
Global Worker Dependent (25%)
25% discount on regular tuition for active global worker dependents.
Family Tuition Discount (10% per Sibling)
10% discount on regular tuition for families with more than one full-time dependent student enrolled full-time in a program.
Spouse and Dependent of Full-time Students (50%)
50% discount on regular tuition for the spouse and dependents of full-time students.
55+ Student Tuition Discount (30%)
30% discount on regular tuition for students 55+ years of age. Confirmation (e.g., birth certificate, driver’s license) must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office to qualify.
Alumni (Graduate) Advantage
- One (1) complimentary audit annually per alum (online access based on availability).
- 10% discount on regular tuition for any family of alumni (must identify relationship upon registration).
NOTES: Discounts cannot be combined. Dependents are defined as unmarried and under the age of 26. A full-time student is defined as taking 12+ credit hours per semester.
Scholarships & Awards
Every year during a special awards chapel in the Fall and Winter semesters and at grad, MCS students are presented with awards and scholarships made possible through the generosity of individual donors and churches.
Entrance Scholarships & Awards
All students who apply to a Certificate, Diploma or Degree program by submitting the Regular Application Form, with all required documents (i.e., three Reference Forms, Transcripts), will be considered for applicable Entrance Scholarships, providing they meet the deadlines of June 30th for the Fall semester and September 30th for the Winter semester.

Awarded by denominational partners or organizations that are separate from MCS.
Financial Assistance
Financial Assistance may be available to those who qualify.
First Nations Assistance
Qualifying First Nations students may be eligible for financial assistance from their band council since Master’s is recognized by the First Nations as a degree-granting institution. Additional information is available at the Financial Aid Office.
Also, Indspire disburses bursaries and scholarships through its Building Brighter Futures program to Indigenous students who are enrolled in post-secondary programs. Since 1985, Indspire has disbursed bursaries and scholarships to First Nation, Inuit, and Métis post-secondary students. It is the largest funder for Indigenous education outside of the federal government. Check the Building Brighter Futures program found here to see if you qualify for funding as an Indigenous Student.
Worker’s Compensation
Individuals who are receiving Worker’s Compensation are encouraged to speak with their Workers’ Compensation Counsellor to determine if they are eligible to receive any assistance under their retraining program.
