Previous to becoming the Dean of Students at MCS, Eldon served as faculty and Youth Ministry Major director from 2006 to 2021.
Before coming to MCS, Eldon served as Youth Ministry Pastor at Portico Community Church (MGT) in Mississauga, ON, Christian Life Assembly in Langley, BC and Crossroads Pentecostal Church in Prince Albert, SK. He has served as the director of the Short-term Missions Network and Youth Discipleship Director for the P.A.O.C. and has led short-term missions initiatives and community youth projects in Cuba, Puerto Rico, Estonia, Poland, Ukraine and China.
Eldon is currently a facilitator of Mental Health First Aid for the Mental Health Commission of Canada and the Executive Director of Global 180 Student Communications, a community youth charitable organization in Mississauga, ON. He and his wife Jacqui live in Mississauga, have three amazing adult children and loves Thai food, movies, music and following almost every sport.
