Jair is joining the team this year at Master’s College and Seminary as Adjunct Professor. Prior to his time at MCS Jair has been pastoring for over 2 decades. He served his previous congregation for 20 years before joining the PAOC. He is a registered Life Coach with Lifeforming Leadership Coaching, founded and led by Dr. Joseph Umidi.

Jair’s passion is in pastoring, discipleship and teaching., he has been involved in church planting and has led and served in different ministries, from Children Ministries, Couples, and more. his desire is to see people grow to their full potential in Christ. He is actually serving in the capacity of Associate Pastor at New Life Community Church in Brampton.

He currently lives in Scarborough, ON with his wife, Norma, and his two adult children, Miguel and Sara.
