At MCS since 2024.

After serving as Assistant Deans of men and women at Canadian Bible College (now Ambrose University) Julie and her husband Doug joined the staff of Portage Alliance Church and Westpark School in Manitoba. They were missionaries in southern Russia for a decade, teaching at a Bible college they helped establish (now Kuban Evangelical Christian University). As Field Director, they led forty missionaries from seven countries. They now direct Academic Affairs and Student Life for Legacy College, the church hub at GT Burlington.

Their two adult sons, an artist and composer, love the Lord and bring joy amidst long-suffering, since the family contracted Chronic Lyme Disease in Russia over twenty years ago. They are dog-people, with twin Boston Terrier puppies who provide comic relief. In between canine cuddles, Julie enjoys gardening and international cooking.
