Nancy is the Director of Mobilization & Personnel for PAOC Mission Global. Prior to that she coordinated the coaching and pre-field training of new global workers. She is passionate about helping believers discover their place in God’s Mission both locally and globally.

Nancy spent her formative years growing up in BC, NWT and Nunavut. After graduating with her first degree she became the Assistant Director of Omega Global, a one-year discipleship and missions program, and taught ESL to newcomers to Canada. Nancy then spent 10 years in Romania leading a campus ministry and outreach to Roma children.

Nancy is married to Rev. Dr. Brent Gibson, who is the Music Leadership Director at Summit Pacific College. They have 3 boys (Elisha, Malachi and Theophilus) and live in BC. She loves travel, international cuisine, good coffee, and watching her boys compete in soccer and swimming.
