New Partnership Brings English Language Education to Quebec Churches We're excited to share some wonderful news for our English-speaking churches in Quebec! Horizon College & Seminary and Master's College and Seminary (MCS) are thrilled to announce a new partnership with our sister college, Institut Biblique du Québec (IBQ), to expand access to quality, Christian education in English.
