4 ways to make a payment:
Pay with Populi
- Login and go to your Profile and click on the financial tab
- Click the ‘Make a Payment‘ button in the grey rectangle on the right side of the screen
- Fill out the form, and click the ‘Credit/Debit Card’ button
- Input your credit or debit card information (Amex, Master Card, Visa, or Visa Debit)
- Click ‘Pay Now‘
- Once payment is complete, you can download your receipt or access it in the financial tab of your Populi account
E-Transfer
Sign into your online banking account and send an e-Transfer to finance@mcs.edu.
Please include your name and “Tuition payment” in the Note.
Direct Bank Payment
From your bank account (CIBC, Scotiabank, Royal Bank or TD Canada Trust), add Master’s College and Seminary as a payee to your bills list. Use your student ID number as the account number. TIP: Online payments may take up to 72 hours or more to process, so please allow sufficient time for bank processing to avoid late penalties.
Payment Policy
Tuition and fees are due and payable by the first day of each semester.
- Fall (Sept-Dec) by September 1st
- Winter (Jan-Apr) by January 1st
- Spring (May-Aug) by May 1st
Students who have paid in full or who establish and consistently maintain their payment plan throughout the year shall be eligible to receive scholarships or awards.
Payment Plan
Students who are unable to pay in full at the beginning of a semester may choose our payment plan option. Contact finance@mcs.edu for details.
Penalties for Outstanding Accounts
Students with outstanding accounts at the College are:
- Charged interest at the rate of 2% monthly on outstanding balances.
- Unable to receive marks or transcripts.
- Ineligible for scholarships and awards.
- Unable to finalize registration for another semester.
- Unable to receive certificates, diplomas or degrees.
- Subject to the Canadian Credit Corporation for collection of accounts over 90 days outstanding or in arrears.
- At risk of dismissal from the college.
Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable after the start of each semester (September 1st, January 1st, and May 1st).
A full tuition refund is available prior to the start of class only.
Module refunds:
By end of 1st day: 80%
By end of 2nd day: 50%
After 2nd day: 0
6-week term refunds:
By end of 1st week: 80%
By end of 2nd week: 50%
After 2nd week: 0
Semester Refunds:
By end of 2nd week: 80%
By end of 3rd week: 50%
After 3rd week: 0
